:(1) After receiving the approval according to section 15, the licensee shall publish an advertisement in any national level daily newspaper published in Nepali language with a deadline of at least seven days in order to select workers in such a way that the specified details are disclosed.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the relevant licensee shall paste the notice of advertisement on the notice board of his office and submit a copy of the notice to the department on the same day.
(3) After the advertisement is published according to sub-section (1), the person who wants to go for foreign employment must submit an application to the licensee with the specified details attached.
